Who is J&M Jewelry?We are manufacturers, designers, and wholesalers of genuine diamond & gemstone jewelry. We service both the direct to consumer and wholesale markets. Our associates operate by appointment only and strive to provide the highest quality jewelry at the lowest price. Whether you are wanting to create a unique one of a kind custom piece of jewelry or you are a business wanting to produce products for resale our team of professionals can handle it all.

Where is your location?Our corporate office is located north of Houston in The Woodlands Texas. We operate by appointment Monday through Friday 9 am 6 pm. After hours and weekend appointment times are available upon request.

How long has J&M Jewelry been in business?J&M Jewelry was established in 2005 with the goal of providing true wholesale pricing and high quality jewelry to the private customer. Eventually that expanded to other businesses. We now service direct to consumer, B2B, and specialty markets.

Where are our products made?All of our custom designs are 100% made by hand in America.

What is the turnaround time on orders or custom orders?Our standard turnaround time on custom orders is 10-12 business days from the time the design is approved. Depending on the time of the year our production time can vary.

Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?Yes, all of our products come with a Lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. We will even cover servicing for the jewelry such as stone replacements and resizing for the first year absolutely free. Additional service plans are available for an affordable price.

What is required to place an order?Jewelry listed on our website is available for purchase directly on the website. We do require a deposit before we can process any order. Our standard deposit amount is 50% of the sales price. Once the order is completed the balance will be due before delivery or shipping of any merchandise.

What forms of payment do you accept?Cash, Checks, Wire & EFT Transfers, Credit Card, & Bitcoin

How do you ship products?Our standard shipping is FedEx 2nd Day Fully Insured Signature Required. This method of shipping will not be left without a signature. You may also request to have the package held at a local FedEx facility for pick up.

Do you provide any repairs or servicing?We provide a full line of servicing including all repairs such as cleaning, resizing, rhodium, re-shanking, stone repair, stone re-cutting, polishing, and insurance appraisals.

Do you sell Lab Diamonds?We only sell genuine diamonds and gemstones and we do not sell lab diamonds. We believe these items are treasure and have a material value. We know by providing our customers only with genuine materials they can be sure to retain not only their sentimental value but their monetary value as well as their.

What Certification Do You Offer?We only sell GIA Certified Natural Earth Mined Diamonds. Larger diamonds over 1/2 carat are accompanied with a physical copy of the certification and can be verified on the GIA's website. www.gia.edu.com. Smaller diamonds below 1/2 carat are screened, graded, and sorted according to the quality.

Are your Diamonds Conflict Free?Yes, all of the diamonds J&M Jewelry deals with are in abeyance with the Kimberley Process and uphold the highest level of business moral and conduct. J&M Jewelry doesn't directly deal with rough diamond acquisition. The J&M Jewelry division primarily deals with polished and finished goods.
