We offer free shipping and free returns on all domestic orders.

10- Day Returns

Our 10-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item within 10 days of the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange. It’s that simple.

How To Prepare A Return

To return an item to J&M Jewelry, follow these simple steps:
Contact us either via email or phone to report the return. Returns@jandmjewelry.com or 281-620-3922.
Once a return is processed you will receive a shipping label you will use to place on the out side of box for the return.  You can drop the package off at any local carrier location free of charge.
After we receive your refund request we will send you proper instructions on how to prepare the return package and where to correctly place the return shipping label.
Package your return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $500 replacement cost.
Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you’re returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached J&M Jewelry.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting a J & M Jewelry customer service representative to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

Our Return Process

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns without a J&M Jewelry receipt and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
Merchandise can be returned within 10 days of the order date.  All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition.  Jewelry being returned must be sent back in all its original packing. All boxes, bags, and packing materials must be returned in the way you received it.  A copy of your order and receipt must be included with your return.  All packages being returned must be insured for the total value of the original purchase.
Restrictions to Returns:  Certified Loose Diamonds are non returnable.  All items that have been custom ordered, made to order, sized, or specifically modified for a customer’s need’s or requests will not be accepted for returns.  Returns are accepted for online website purchases only.  No exceptions will be made.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations

If you have submitted an order by telephone or internet, please contact a customer service representative to determine whether your order can be changed or canceled.

Items special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Online Orders canceled on the same day the order was placed will not be responsible for a restocking fee.  All orders canceled after the date the order was originally placed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please read these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) carefully. BY ENGAGING IN BUSINESS WITH J & M JEWELRY OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, J & M Jewelry or its website, and constitute an agreement between you and J & M Jewelry. J & M Jewelry reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the website at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Product Availability and Pricing

If you’re interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the website. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our website due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final.

Trade-In or Upgrade Policy

J & M Jewelry has a formal no buy back policy regarding items sold originally by J & M Jewelry to the consumer.  If you have a diamond or piece of jewelry you would like to Trade-In towards an upgrade purchase, please email us at info@jandmjewelry.com or call us at 281-620-3922 to evaluate the items you have and what you are interested in purchasing.  J & M Jewelry does not guarantee that we will accept your merchandise for a Trade-In and only after a first hand physical evaluation of your items will we be able to make you a formal offer.  Jewelry or diamonds will only be accepted for a Trade-In towards an upgraded purchase of a higher value.  An example of this would be trading your smaller diamond for a credit towards a larger or higher quality diamond.  Trade-Ins are only accepted with the agreement and understanding that the Trade -In must be for a higher valued purchase from J & M Jewelry only.  If you agree to the terms of a Trade-In purchase and you decide you longer want to make an upgrade purchase you agree to forfeit the jewelry and agree not to hold J & M Jewelry responsible for any losses whether financial, physical or mental.  At no time will any Trade-In agreement consist of any money being exchanged from J & M Jewelry to the customer.  Money exchanges will only be from the customer and paid to J & M Jewelry for additional costs associated to cover the remaining balance of the higher valued purchase minus the agreed Trade-In value.  No exceptions to these rules will be made.   J & M Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry or merchandise left over 60 days from the drop off date without proper approved and written communication from a J & M Jewelry associate.  Trade-In credits are only valid for 6 months of the date of the original offer.  Trade-In credits that are unused become void after 6 months and no longer accepted for purchase from J & M Jewelry.  J & M Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry accepted on a Trade-In that is sold to another third party.

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.
