We offer free fully insured shipping and free returns on all online orders.

Shipping on all orders is completely FREE. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. All packages are shipped fully insured. Packages will not be left without a signature. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

You will receive most items within 7 to 10 days of your order being placed and your payment has processed.  Some items that require sizing, custom modifications, or other adjustments will take longer.  If you have questions about the shipment date of a specific product or need a product expedited please contact one of our customer representatives at info@jandmjewelry.com.

If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.

If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If you will not be home to sign for your order, J&M Jewelry can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. If you cannot be available or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS locations so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure.

Delivery Details

Your order delivery method is determined by the price of your order and the delivery destination. Once your order is placed and your payment is processed you will receive a tracking number from the most secure and fastest carrier provider.  Need your package fast? J&M Jewelry will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

Signature requirements for delivery:

All orders require a signature at the time of delivery or pickup.

If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee.

Shipment of Jewelry

Your item will be placed in the appropriate presentation apparatus depending on the item. Select items will arrive in distinctive lacquered wooden boxes or black leather boxes with LED lights illuminating the piece. All items will be placed in a J&M Jewelry gift bag and secured inside a generic unlabeled box for inconspicuous shipping.  If you have any special requests for the shipment or arrival of your item please contact us to make arrangements.

All Items purchased include FREE shipping with insurance.

FREE shipping applies to the lower 48 US States only.  We do provide global shipping alternatives.  Please contact us to receive an accurate quote at info@jandmjewelry.com.

Our preferred methods of secured delivery services are FedEX, UPS, & USPS.  Depending on your specific location will determine the most secure and quickest delivery route.

Refused, un-deliverable, or unclaimed packages will be charged a 10% handling fee, plus postage.

10 - Day Returns

Our 10-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item within 10 days of the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange. It’s that simple.

How To Prepare a Return

To return an item to J&M Jewelry, follow these simple steps:
Contact us either via email or phone to report the return. Returns@jandmjewelry.com or 1-888-247-5668.

Once a return is processed you will receive a shipping label you will use to place on the outside of the box for the return.  You can drop the package off at any local carrier location free of charge.

After we receive your refund request we will send you proper instructions on how to prepare the return package and where to correctly place the return shipping label.

Package your return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $500 replacement cost.

Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you’re returning is listed as.
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached J&M Jewelry.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting a J&M Jewelry customer service representative to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

For security purposes during shipping we ask that you refrain from writing the words “jewelry” or another similar word on the label or packaging that might indicate the contents.

Our Return Process

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns without a J&M Jewelry receipt and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.

Merchandise can be returned within 10 days of the order date.  All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition. Jewelry being returned must be sent back in all its original packing. All boxes, bags, and packing materials must be returned in the way you received it. A copy of your order and receipt must be included with your return.  All packages being returned must be insured for the total value of the original purchase.
Restrictions to Returns:  All items that have been custom ordered, made to order, sized, or specifically modified for a customer’s need’s or requests will not be accepted for returns.  Returns are accepted for online website purchases only.  No exceptions will be made.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Service Refund Policy: All service costs including jewelry appraisals and / or repairs such as but not limited to ring sizing, diamond repair cutting and polishing, etc are non refundable.

Cancellations

If you have submitted an order by telephone or internet, please contact a customer service representative to determine whether your order can be changed or canceled.

Items special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Online Orders canceled on the same day the order was placed will not be responsible for a restocking fee.  All orders canceled after the date the order was originally placed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
